My Story
For over 13 years, my life was beautifully balanced between raising my two incredible children and running my own swim school for babies and toddlers. It was a fulfilling chapter — but after turning 50, I began asking deeper questions about who I wanted to become next.
After three years of procrastination and self-doubt, I realised I had to actively step into the woman I envisioned — a successful coach and retreat host. That decision led me to create Sovereign Power Coaching & Retreats, offering luxurious, transformative experiences for women in Barbados and the UK.

For the woman who has spent years showing up for everyone else and is ready to show up for herself. Held in Barbados, Sovereign Soul Retreats are an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and return to what is true. Not to become someone new.
But to remember who you are beneath the roles, responsibilities and expectations you have carried for so long.
Sovereign Power Coaching
I am a Business and Mindset Coach for women who are ready to think differently and move forward with confidence and clarity. To help you bridge the gap between hesitation and action I have created two coaching programs ‘From Pause to Purpose’ and ‘The Inner Forge‘. These two multi-dimensional coaching programs blend coaching with breathwork, guided visualisation and movement. As your coach, I will help you to recognise your triggers and push through the barriers that have been holding you back and keeping you stuck. Mindset is so important for how you show up in the world and how you view challenges and setting and achieving goals. My coaching will encourage you to feel into your feelings and drop from your head into your body so you can make heart led decisions without overthinking and lead yourself consciously with confidence.
Reiki
Pronounced ‘Ray-Key’ – Reiki is a spiritual healing modality that channels universal life-force energy to support mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Originating from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life-force energy), this practice works with the energy that flows through all living things.
By removing energetic blocks, Reiki stimulates the body’s natural healing abilities and restores internal balance. It is a technique accessible to everyone rather than a religion or belief system. Through gentle touch or hands-off methods, a practitioner focuses and amplifies our innate healing potential.

My coaching is a multi-dimensional experience that goes beyond surface-level tips. I use powerful techniques like breathwork, guided visualisation & movement in combination with coaching to gently shift the deep seated emotional and mental blocks that talk therapy alone can’t always reach.

The Sacred Reset Journal is your quiet space to pause, reflect, and return to yourself.
The journal was written for women who are feeling that quiet
shift – the awareness that something within them is ready to realign. Within its pages, you will find five gentle prompts invite
you to explore where you are, what is ready to shift, and how to
lead yourself consciously. There are also 5 minute practices for
a calmer, happier life.
